Aveda Cooling Balancing Oil Concentrate

This light, fragrant oil is ideal for use during the warmer months. It is applied to the pressure points to relieve any tension and soothe the mind and body. The delicate fragrance with peppermint and blue chamomile notes refreshes and relaxes the senses.

Application:

1. Apply to both wrists.
2. Apply to the temples and neck to relieve tension, massaging the oil into the skin with the fingertips (clockwise).
3. Apply the product to the upper part of the shoulders and gently massage.
4. Incorporate the oil into a foot bath or massage the oil gently onto the soles of the feet using circular motions before going to bed.
5. Apply to tired muscles after a sporting activity.
6. Massage the oil onto the temples when taking short breaks during a long car journey.
7. Before take-off and during the flight, apply the oil to the wrists and inhale the aroma (count to 4) and exhale (count to 6). Repeat.
8. Massage the oil onto the points of tension in a targeted manner.
