Description
This product is part of the new generation of permanent perm emulsions designed to create long-lasting and defined curls.
Characteristics:
- A combination of high-conditioning ingredients
- Shinier hair with more bounce for perm services*
- Designed to work hand in hand with WELLAPLEX for superior hair quality
* compared to previous Wella permanent services.
Application:
- After shampooing, wrap damp hair in curlers and apply the emulsion.
- Leave for 5 - 15 minutes without heat. Always check the curl effect during the processing time.
- Once the desired effect has been achieved, rinse the hair thoroughly and dry it with a towel.
- Lastly, apply the Creatine + Curl - Neutralizer.
