Directions for use:
- Press the button a few times until the gel appears.
- Apply the gel evenly to the teeth, avoiding contact with the gums.
- Leave the gel on for 10 - 20 minutes. Do not rinse your mouth afterwards.
- It is best to repeat the process every day for 3 to 7 days.
