Metal particles, i.e. copper particles, are found in water and deposited on the hair whilst cleansing. Depending on the water quality and the texture of the hair, the amount of metal can vary. Higher concentrations of metal have the disadvantage of making the hair more brittle and prone to split ends. It also affects the colour outcome. As such, the hair may take on a yellow undertone post-balayage or bleaching treatments.
The sulphate-free shampoo and the mask counteract this. The hair is intensively nourished, shinier and less brittle. The enriched patented active ingredient glucosamine can penetrate deep into the hair fibres and is responsible for neutralising copper undertones.
