Description
The organic oil is obtained from the leaves of the tea tree through steam distillation. It is known for its antibacterial properties and distinct scent. Tea tree oil has clarifying effects making it ideal for use on impure and oily skin types as well as on insect bites.
Application:
- Impurities & acne: Soak a cotton cloth with jojoba oil and add a few drops of tea tree oil. Use to cleanse the affected areas of the skin in the mornings and evenings.
- Oral hygiene: Pour 2 - 3 drops of tea tree oil in a glass of water and use as a mouthwash.
- Redness, irritation, razor burn and sunburn: Mix a few drops of tea tree oil with shea butter, jojoba oil, coconut oil or any other plant oil and apply the mixture to the affected areas of the skin.
